Hi ladies..

So maybe I’m freaking out but maybe not? I got my IUD out almost exactly a month ago. My bf and I have been using the pull out method (and I mean really really really pull out). The safest way possible unless some weird accident happened. Anyway, I’m supposed to get my period tomorrow but have had no normal pre period symptoms. I’m getting a little nervous but I’m also thinking it could be IUD related? Change of hormones? My acne has not flared up like normal, if anything it’s gotten better. No cramps or sore boobs like normal, but I’ve been really cold all the time. What do you guys think? Am I freaking out? Is it hormones? 😓 idk what to think.

And if by chance I miss my period, how long until I should take a test? Thank you!
