Antidepressants During Pregnancy

Hi all!

I am just getting into TTC and have my upcoming preconception appointment. I know the general roll of thumb is no medications while pregnant however I have been reading that risking a relapse in mental health (depressive episode) is worse for baby’s health than staying stable and taking medications.

I’ve had severe depression and anxiety for over 15 years. I don’t know that I can be off medications. How safe are antidepressants while pregnant? Anyone have kids and they were on antidepressants while pregnant? Or ttc and on antidepressants? I need support there is not much research on this but I know that depression is common!! HELP!
