Are flea bombs safe ?

I have a flea infestation and been having to vacuum like 5 times a day and give our animals baths constantly and wash everything every other day. People are suggesting using a flea bomb but others are saying it is not safe and that it is bad for your home and air. Doesn’t it get all over everything ? We have a 1 year old and I’m also pregnant so this concerns me. But we’re at the point where me and my poor sweet baby have bites all over us. I feel like a bad mom right now.

I had the same problem, fleas are just attracted to my dog.  Nothing will work until the problem is solved at the source...the animal lol. We tried the flea collars, flea baths everything.  We ended up taking him the the vet and he gets a shot that is a flea medicine and it worked wonders.  He now gets it every year and him and my two cats are clean.  After that though, we deep cleaned everything.  Washed the couch cushions, vacuumed, and used this flea spray everywhere even on hardwood.  It’s vets best flea spray for the home and I think it worked.

I worked in a dog grooming shop and had to leave for 24 hours anytime they had to do a flea cleaning.  So if you can leave the house for a weekend while someone else does it, you should be okay.  Otherwise you’ll have to find a different way.  I know my friend used borax in her carpet and essential oils at the same time as doing a flea treatment on the pets (someone else had to do it as it’s NOT safe for pregnant mamas to do) and that finally got rid of it

I would talk to your dr because I'm also very nervous of pesticides. 
My mom got a flea infestation not too long ago and she's such a clean freak that you can eat off her floors. It was really hard to get rid of. You are not a bad mom. Definitely treat your yard as well and she basically had to keep washing anything with fabric simultaneously and treat the dog and yard all at once. It was a pain but it eventually worked

Yoj should consult an exterminator and your doctor. I’d think flea bites are not the best thing while pregnant. Good luck
