FAI/labral tears and twins?

Has anyone else ever been pregnant with twins and had FAI or labral tears? I’ve had FAI/labral tears for years and 3 surgeries with no success in fixing them. I am now on my 3rd pregnancy with twins and I am 15 1/2 weeks. I know it was extremely painful to move/walk with my last singleton pregnancy with these issues especially during the third trimester. Does anyone have any experience with this and twins and have any advice as I get further along? I am also really overweight with this pregnancy partially due to my inability to exercise (the navy really wrecked my body) so I am worried about whether or not I’ll be stuck in bed when I get further along as well... any advice is greatly appreciated 🙏🙏
