Ladies with low or high blood pressure during pregnancy , what were your symptoms ?

So with my last pregnancy I had high blood pressure and GD. I was extremely dizzy ALL the time and always felt just weird and off. I’m not sure why. 
But anyways I’m pregnant again and got pregnant at 9 months pp and at my last appt I had some low blood pressure and felt very lightheaded and weird. 😭
Recently I have felt like I’m going to pass out a lot like the past week or two out of nowhere

My blood pressure is low when I’m not pregnant so it remained that way during my pregnancy with my first child as well. I had a couple spells where my bp dropped and I actually ended up landing in the ER bc it was 60/30
I was vomiting, blacking out, thought I was dying 😅
But before it dropped that low, I just felt very sick, like I was going to pass out, seeing stars, just felt awful

I had lpw blood pressure with both pregnancies. Always light headed, had to be very careful while standing up, passed out wuite a few times. Had issues during labor/delivery of my first due to low blood pressure.

when my blood pressure gets low, i feel dizzy, lightheaded, see spots, ringing in my ears, like i am going to pass out. i check my blood pressure very often. my doctors office gave me a home blood pressure monitor. biggest thing that has helped me is drink more water.
