Miscarriage

For those who have had a miscarriage how does it feel or start ? Did you have cramping ? Ect... I’m 12 weeks and spotting since Thursday and passed a blood clot last night.. bleeding has stopped today, my last ob appointment said I had fluid and the er. doctor said I had fluid to but didn’t say anything else baby was moving around and heard heart beat as well... so I’m just so scared I’m having a miscarriage but hopefully it’s a subchorionic hemorrhage or somthing else ... has anyone else had bleeding like this and went on to have a healthy pregnancy?
