Preemie 1st time around...will I be again?

I gave birth prematurely with my first baby at 31 weeks. My placenta had partially tore but theyre unsure why. My OB had said this time around I am going to be extremely highly monitored, as I will be a very high risk pregnancy and will need progesterone shots from 16 weeks on to try to hold the pregnancy as long as possible.

Has anyone given birth prematurely the first time around, been told they were high risk for the second and went full term?
