Not getting the best sleep. . .

I’m 16 weeks pregnant and I cannot sleep through the night I get up at least every 2-3 hours. I know some people say it’s preparation for the baby but this is not okay! Does anyone take melatonin to help them sleep? I see there’s not a definite answer like yes or no but I’m nervous bc there’s no studies on it and it’s generally “not recommended during pregnancy”. & I’m literally this 🤏🏽 close to taking one of these gummies.
