Help pls!! Ectopic Symptoms ?

Hello ladies,

I’ve had 1 healthy pregnancy (11 years ago), currently having some symptoms that are making me think I’m having ectopic. My period was supposed to start today... but ended up getting some bleeding the day before (which I thought was normal, maybe came a bit early) I had some dull back pain as well. TMI the blood was dark and looked a bit watery for some reason.

I put in a tampon go about my day with no real cramps etc. (which is weird because I usually have INTENSE period paid, like it’s crippling - as well as always heavy)

The rest of the night I had migraine & nausea

Hours later, I go to change my tampon and there’s no blood on it. It kind of has a pink hue but no real blood. I then assumed, I’m pregnant and maybe just had heavy implantation bleeding.

I wake up today, (day period is due) still hardly any blood (more than before but it’s more watery then bloody. Weird.

By afternoon I’m feeling intense cramps (like I usually do on period) so I assumed that it was starting now. I go to change once again & still hardly any blood!!!!

I’ve been googling like a psycho & can’t find anything on extreme cramps but hardly any bleeding. What’s weird is it’s happening when my period should happen. I’m starting to think ectopic because this isn’t normal at all.

Other symptoms are extreme exhaustion & tiredness. Feeling a bit dizzy. Also feeling a bit dehydrated. Thanks for any input, anything helps. (Hubby is going to get pregnancy test tonight so I can take tomorrow morning- so I will update with results!)
