Anyone had Covid in early pregnancy?

I’m 6 weeks, 5 days pregnant and I developed symptoms of Covid two days ago. I got my positive result this morning. I’m very worried about how this might affect my pregnancy. I had a missed miscarriage in December. I should’ve been 10 weeks but the baby died at 7 weeks. I have had a fluctuating temperature, dizziness, nausea (no actual morning sickness), sore throat, back and leg aches. I just can’t stop panicking.
