Breast milk supply 🙁

Hello ladies so the white bump on my baby tongues is normal for some babies and it will go away within few weeks on its own .

Now 😔 once my baby turn 3 months she start it rejecting my milk and i notice my milk supply decreased sooooooo I try giving her my milk and she still didn’t wanted I read it was because I’m giving her the pacifier 🤔🤔 and she only used to drink 1 bottle of formula but then out of nowhere she was drinking more ... 🤨 soooo question is how can I dried up milk I’ve been doing cabbage leaf for 2-3 days more than 3 times a day and I don’t see it is decreasing but idk if it’s because I pump 1-2 times because I can’t take the pain when my breast has milk 😳😳💁🏻‍♀️ so what else can I do to dry up milk ! Please help me 😟
