First time with nausea 3rd baby + a flutter?

Hi fellow October moms to be!

So this is my 4th pregnancy after two boys and a 14 week delivery/stillbirth (was another boy) 😞

Anyone else experiencing either nausea after never having had it while pregnant or a flutter this early on? I had all boys before this.

This time Nausea hit at 7.5 weeks. Never had nausea with any of my boy pregnancies. I also just felt a flutter. Maybe gas but sure felt more like water moving while lying in bed.

I keep thinking twins or girl (pls god lol) but I always think twins haha will update at u/s in a few weeks. 🤔

Anyone else?
