In a way. They don’t have to worry about finances but they have to worry about things like privacy and their safety.

I think they have different struggles than people who don’t have the same financial privileges as them. Nobody’s life will ever be perfect... pain and struggle are a part of being human

It's really not just about the money and fame tbh. I've been at that point in my life that i had enough if not more money for myself but i was so depressed. Same with having fame but not being happy with the attention. Money can't buy happiness. As cliche as it may sound, trust me, when you get to that point you realize that the material things, the pampering, even the travels won't fill you up with happiness.

I think it’s individual. Someone could be famous, loved, rich, look like they have it all so easy, and still have an extremely difficult life in private. Look at Robin Williams, he was loved, famous and rich and still had an extremely difficult life and suffered with mental health problems. Sometimes I think people forget that celebrities are humans, they have their own traumas and fears and stress and problems. Just as regular people do. Many deal with problems in private that we would have no clue about. They may not struggle with money but they also have people watching and judging them all the time and they have more safety risks. So I feel like that benefit is pretty outweighed.

No lol. Yea, having a lot of money is good, but having to constantly worry about your safety, privacy, making the wrong move, having to be a role model, etc kinda outweighs all the money imo.

Ups and downs. The only thing that is really going to be easier is financial wise. Which is especially helpful in the basic necessity way medical, housing, food etc. Though plenty of non famous people are wealthy enough to not have to worry about that stuff either. 
Then you have the whole publicity no privacy, safety issues. Which can be problematic to ones self image and sane mind etc. So even though you have the money/fame/time to do essentially anything outside of your home I'm sure it becomes more of a challenge/not even worth leaving your home.
I feel personally my own depression would get even worse with fame mostly based on my worldviews and even with money there is only limited things you can do to help.
