Walmart cheapie evap???

Are these known for having evap lines??? I don’t test with these much. Took one today and could see a very faint shadow of a line. Went and looked at it about an hour later and there is a line. Is it for sure an evap?

***** update.. took this test with FMU. Didn’t look at it until 1 minute after my timer went off🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️.

UPDATE 2.... I just took this test. It’s late at night. There is definitely a second line that showed up well before the time limit🙌🏻
