I really can’t stand my friend’s actions sometimes. A lot of controversy this whole pandemic. Masks , vaccines, social distance, lock downs. My friend is a nursing student out in SoCal. I know at one point they were a hot spot not sure if they are now. She was adamant about staying home and social distancing at the beginning of the pandemic. I agreed with her. I’m also a few months into starting my career as a nurse so I need to be responsible for my care with my patients. She’ll see people we knew from high school on social media going to hangouts and not social distancing. She’ll be so quick to get on them for not following guidelines, but she’ll turn around and do gatherings too. At this point I’m over being the covid police so I don’t care what people do. Her situation bothers me because she thinks she’s so invincible. Don’t look down on others and act all high and mighty when you yourself are doing the exact same thing. She does get COVID tests which is great. She doesn’t know if the other people she sees on social media does testing too. Why does she have to give others so much shit...
