Hi Ladies 👋

I can't tell you how terrified I was this morning about Egg collection this afternoon. I was pretty close to crying.

Now I am on way home and thinking what was all the fuss about 😂 I was out like a light and honestly what a lovely little sleep it was.

The team around me were fantastic and really tried to put me at ease.

So the answer to the question everyone wants to ask... How many eggs did they collect?... They collected a grand total of 11!!!!! I was expecting 4 maybe 5 so I was a little shocked.

They will call me tomorrow with an update on how many fertilized 🤞

Here is a little laugh for you all... As I was waking up the fire alarm was going off I wasn't really bothered completely relaxed and to tired to really grasp what was going on but the nurse was there and reassuring me that they were investigating and if needed they would get me out. This got me off giggling then asking for me partner. She tells me she will go and see if he is done providing his sample... Maybe at a guess of 10 minutes later he comes strolling though the curtain and tells me he started to do his business when the fire alarm started going off 😂😂 he had to go stop and go wait outside in the rain until they got the all clear and then had to get back to it 😂

Poor guy 😂

UPDATE:

We received our update call this morning, out of 11 eggs they injected 8. All 8 fertilized 😀 transfer will be Monday. They will call Saturday with another update on our embies ❤️

Im still in complete shock, I feel so blessed. Just praying we still have a good number on Saturday and Monday 🙏🤞😊

I honestly never saw myself posting on any groups due to fear of that 1 we wouldn't get to start <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> and 2 that I wouldn't get a response from anyone if I did post anything 🤦‍♀️ how wrong I was!
