So confused???

Question

My lmp was 12th January and I got my positive opk on the 26th January... I normally have a 30 day cycle... According to my apps I'm 7 weeks and 1 day... But scan clinic says I'm only 6weeks and 4 days... Not even had scan yet... Can someone help me sort the dates out...

I also had my positive opk on 1/25 (so ovulation 1/26), tested positive 2/4. 
I went for my scan yesterday and baby was measuring 6 weeks 3 days, abdominal ultrasound (I was expecting 7 weeks). They weren’t concerned at all.

Until you have an ultrasound, you won’t know for sure
