Can someone help?

I’m 23 weeks and 1 day and I have been  having really bad round ligament pain for the past two nights now. Tonight it’s so bad it’s making me nauseous and I can’t get comfortable. Is this normal? Any tips for relief?

Try sleeping with a pillow between your knees to help with the pressure. I also take a warm bath with Epsom salts before bed and it helps relax the body.

Try and avoid sudden movements, take ur time and be mindful before u move.
