Auto immune disease and TTC

Hi all, I was wondering if any of you have an auto immune disease and have had successful pregnancies? Any information you could pass on to me would be wonderful.

I've been diagnosed with auto immune arthritis that is pointing towards lupus. It's very hard to diagnose as I test negative for some markers and positive for others. I've been on medication for almost 3 months now and it's controlling my joint pain and fatigue. I recently went through my second consecutive miscarriage and have been waiting to conceive since then. I wasn't on my medication then. I've gotten the all clear from my rheumatologist to conceive but I still feel scared. Any info or advice about your experience would help me. Thanks!
