Bleeding ttc

TTC after miscarriage Oct 20.. AF not due for 4 days yet.. never this early on my period.. bleeding as I wiped and in toilet.. sorry TMI.. I've had so many symptoms back ache, sore boobs etc.. I'm so worried.. xx
