My body is all over the map

Ok..I am super regular with my period. It is always the same tender boobs cranky and some spotting like two days before (brown). Ok so my boobs are not tender they are freaking so sore it’s hard to sleep. I have had on/off spotting for 4 days( like when I spot I spot continuously till AF). AF is due today, nothing so far and spotting has stopped. Tested BFN this morning. Boobs are just outrageous, and no cramping. I am 13/14 DPO in a 31 day cycle. So what the heck is happening!? I am new to trying to conceive so would appreciate any advice! Baby dust to all of you
