COVID and pregnancy

Hi all! I was wondering if you could give me some advice. I’m currently a teacher and have been working from home. I just recently found out I’m pregnant and my job is now requiring us to go back to teach in person. I am just now told that if I want I can file for ada accommodations or to work remotely but it won’t be guaranteed but I need to do so in the next two days. I did not get the covid vaccine either as I just found I was pregnant and wasn’t sure about the research and still waiting to have my first appointment with my ob before making a decision. I guess my question is would you file to work from home in this situation even if you’re only 6 weeks pregnant? Or would you file for ada accommodations and what would you ask for? Or just go back in person and not say anything?
