Does this sound like a psychopathic trait/tendency?

So I just found out that my child hid her classmates books last year because her classmate was the first in the class and she’s 2nd, she did it so her classmate wouldn’t be able to study and that she’ll eventually be first place, she got caught and told everyone she didn’t do it but there was proof and she still denies it.

She also told me she had an interest in girls and would solve their homework’s for their approval, and in addition to that she made a letter with a slightly different handwriting so she wouldn’t get caught expressing her attraction to a girl with her kik username and flowers and a gift in it, she put it in the girls locker, the poor girl got scared and went to the principal. She said it was a thrill to her. She said ‘she loves leading girls on and made a girl attached to her and then lied and stopped messaging her for weeks so she’ll become more attached’. One girl in particular ‘ghosted’ her and I read her diary expressing how angry she is at her and how she ‘owns’ her and would hurt her to put her in her place if she could get away with it. She told me that she doesn’t think she loves anyone she just loves the chemical feelings they give her.

Does this sound alarming and does she need professional help? I’m upset by this behavior, especially on how she uses people like they’re puppets, but I don’t know if it’s a phase (hopefully) or something she’ll carry into adulthood.
