yeast infection?

yesterday after sex with my boyfriend I forgot to pee for a few hours and then today down there has been super itchy. he used a condom and it's the same brand we always use. I thought it could be a uti but it doesn't burn to pee. my friend said it could be a yeast infection, I've never had one before so idk and I don't have any weird discharge...what should I do? I'm not very experienced with sex but I know he doesn't have anything that he could've given me bc he got tested and i trust him that hes only been with me since then
