Another hiccup #TTC

So I’ve recently found out after a little over a year of trying to conceive that one of my tubes are in fact blocked with scar tissue from previous procedures and or from the massive basketball size fibroid that I had.

The doctor said to try for a few more months and if nothing we would try fertility treatment.

A friend of mine told me about detox pearls and vaginal herbal steams. Does anyone know about these holistic approaches or have tried? I’m certain I want to try them I’m just unsure of the correct way to use them and not counteract us still trying during ovulation.

Any info would be great.
