Elevated prolactin level

I’ve been TTC’ing for a year and 4 months

I was dishonest with PCOS July 2020 and have recently come to know I have elevated prolactin level ( level is 48 ) I’m wondering if anyone was able to get pregnant with an elevated high prolactin level
