😭😭😭

My baby won’t nap won’t sleep help me 😭😭 I can’t take it anymore he went from sleep every 2 hours on the dot to literally no sleep at all and I’m losing my mind! Is there anything I can do? I know it’s 8 month sleep regression and I read that it only lasts a few weeks but I can’t handle a few weeks I need him to nap, I’m literally going crazy
