Silly question about coffee

Alright mamas sometimes I hesitate to ask these questions because I don’t want to sound to crazy lol but ok so I know we are limited to about 200mg of caffeine a day so that brings me to a silly question about Starbucks everyone is talking and recommending the new oat milk espresso drink and I kind of want to try it but I don’t know how much caffeine is in two shots of espresso exactly 🙈🙈 I know such a silly question but just really curious.
