Uncertain Viability Ultrasound Question

Caitlin • I`m a married 30 y/o high school digital integration specialist. My husband and I welcomed our rainbow baby into the world 1/2017 and are excited to prepare to expand our family in the next few months.

I just had an ultrasound at 8w4d to follow up on not being able to hear but were able to see a heartbeat two weeks ago. We were able to see and hear the heartbeat (163 bpm), my dr was pleased with that and wasn’t worried about scheduling another ultrasound. Since having my daughter 4 years ago, I now have a tilted uterus and so getting clear pictures and a heartbeat was a little difficult. He said when I come in at 11 weeks, I’ll probably have one more ultrasound because it’s hard to get the heartbeat on a Doppler that early. However, in my visit summary today it said “Pregnancy with uncertain fetal viability, single or unspecified fetus O36.80X0”

Is that something to worry about? I would assume no and it’s for billing purposes but that was a little worrisome to read.
