Dentist appointment at 11 weeks , getting anxiety 😟

I had a bad experience when I was a little girl so now I get really bad anxiety, I’m also 11 weeks pregnant which makes me even more anxious. I have to get a deep filling, is this painful ? What can I expect? I want to prepare myself as much as possible. I think I’m more scared of the dentist then giving birth 😂 anyone relate ?
