Help Left lower pain

I do have endometriosis...Y’all I’m not sure what’s going I had a baby last june. My last AF was exactly a month ago today my lower stomach started cramping some about three days ago if that figured AF was coming soon.. and then I thought it probably constipated so I took some stool softeners been going to bathroom no problem..

my lower left side is constant pain it will go away once in a while for a little while but mainly stays especially when standing or walking (near my ovary I assume) what could it be? Sometimes it hurts so bad then other times can’t tell..
