How bad has frer been with false positives/indents?

2 out of 3 tests (same box) had faint lines. Last night I tested after 2 hour hold and it was faint. First thing this morning it looked like it was an indent (could have over peed on it) took another one about 30-40 minutes and seems to be faint again. I’ve been super nauseous at night with lower abdomen discomfort. I’m not tracking so don’t know how along I would be if I am. Last picture is the one from the first thing in the morning. I just ordered Clearblue from amazon. Any tests you guys suggest?
