What’s next after BFP?

I just got my BFP this morning. Well, I actually did 2 tests because I was so surprised. First day of my last period was February 8th, which puts me at 4 weeks + 1 day. Not sure if it makes a difference to any of your responses but I am 37.
So, what do I do now? Do I keep testing over the next few days? Do I make a doctors appointment? When do I tell my husband!?!? When do we tell close family, like parents & siblings?

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! ☺️☺️☺️ I told my bf when I tested which was Valentine’s Day weekend and then the following Monday, I called my OB office and told them I got positive tests. They’ll ask questions, and will set an appt for you. I started taking OTC prenatal vitamins and I’ll be sure to ask if those are good to be taking or if I should be taking better ones. Then you’ll just go from there. Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy!!!!

Call your GP and make an appointment. They'll do a blood test to check your HCG levels and confirm pregnancy. Then they'll do another 2 days later to   ensure a good increase in those levels.
I suggest telling your husband whenever you're comfortable. Whether that be now or once your doctor confirms it.
Announce to family and friends by that same advice. Waiting until 12 weeks is recommended as the first trimester can be uncertain however things can happen at any point in a pregnancy and as long as you're willing to have the tough conversation if something does happen, announcing early is just as good an option.
