Sore throat 8dpo?

I may be sign spotting but I’m so ready to have a baby. I think this is my month! But I’ve noticed a few symptoms i don’t normally feel towards my

Period. I have PCOS and my app projected my period to start on the 15th. I did confirm ovulation and had sex the day before and the day of O. The biggest symptom I’m experiencing is a sore throat without feeling like I’m actually sick. I’ve also been experiencing sore breasts (especially nipples) and cramping/twinges. Is it possible to be experiencing these things and be pregnant? I took a test this morning and it was negative 😬 i know it’s still fairly early but we’ve been waiting for this a long time! Any input would be great! (Please don’t be mean)
