Why do i keep getting positive test ???

But iam not prego every month  I get a positive test but no pregnancy whyyyyy

Do you have pictures of the test. There a quite a few brand of blue dye test that have bad indent lines. As the test processes it seems that even if it’s negative, the dye catches a bit in the indent line. Is this a possibility in your case? If not, speak with your doctor.

I would suggest go to your doctor and see. There might be something off, If you get it really every month.
Are the periods like heavy periods or just a little bleeding?

Is it possible it could be due to menopause? 
I think in some women menopause can cause higher than normal HCG levels.

Definitely talk to your doctor. There are other health conditions and things that can cause positive pregnancy tests where there is no pregnancy. But only a doctor can confirm and diagnose what's happening.
