Huge pelvic pops during the night?

It seems like every night, at some point while turning from one side to the other, I get a HUGE pop from my pelvis. It doesn’t hurt, but it just seems super odd. Putting in pants in the morning is painful, and then I’ll usually get a hip pop each time I stand up throughout the day which seems normal ?

I’m just curious if others get that huge night time pop too, way different than a hip pop. Last nights was the biggest yet and there was less pain putting on pants in the morning, I felt like I had been realigned, lol. I’ll ask my doc at our next appointment for sure.
