Baby movement && pelvic pain

I am 13 weeks and 1 day. Is it possible to already feel the baby move. This is my second pregnancy also. Is that why? Also i have pelvic pain qhwn i walk sometimes like the baby’s head is already down there and im about to give birth. Is that normal?
