Anxiety Over Symptoms

I am 5w1d. I started having morning sickness (or as I like to call it mid morning sickness because of the times it starts) a few days ago. I have been having diarrhea and vertigo, the latter being worse when I am driving. I have been having cramping on and off. I’ve already embarrassed myself by calling the doctor’s office in a panic Monday over having an ectopic pregnancy. All they told me was to make sure I drink lots of water (difficult since I’m a teacher and bathroom breaks are not easy to come by) and rest.

This is my first pregnancy and one I have been waiting for for a long time. I’m worried about the diarrhea and the dizziness. Anyone else experience those?
