Morning gas instead of nausea?

Anyone else never get morning sickness just morning gas

? Not the kind where you just rip one off and go on but the kind that knots your stomach up and doubles you over? I’ve never had morning sickness before. Not this time of the two other times but this stomach pain in the morning due to gas being trapped is awful. Does anyone else get this in the 1st trimester? It’s really awful. It takes me about two hours to get moving and I have a 2 & 4 year old. Can’t always take two hours to get going 😭
