How much do you BD after AF?

How much do you BD after AF is over? AF is over tomorrow and I’m going to start testing my LH surge levels soon, just wondering how often/appropriate it is to be BD to have high chances to conceive this cycle. Last cycle was such an epic fail for me :(

Every other day..... sometimes every day. Always start before predicted ovulation tho.

Last cycle was a mess for myself. my ovulation has been something hard to track for the easiest explanation. so this cycle during my period we started every other day with the baby dance. to make sure everything was fresh and fast swimming. then during fertile window we have done every day making sure it’s atleast 24 hours apart so i tried to start earlier 8pm now we are around 10:30pm but my cycle is doing something funky. so baby dust and positive vibes the baby dance every 24-48 hours is best chance sperm takes about 24-36 hours to regenerate
