Scared baby has no heartbeat

So I'm 10 weeks tomrrow and currently waiting on insurance to go to the doctor. I bought a doppler to try at home and have had no luck finding the baby .. I'm really nervouse , I also am having light cramping but that has been on and off since I got pregnant . Am I just over reacting or should I be worried I'm so scared.. Thanks for any advice ladies ❤
