Previous pregnancy and c section

Has anyone ever been able to request a c section at 38 weeks? I had a c section at 41 weeks September 2019 and really don’t want to go that far as my body was just done those last few weeks, I couldn’t move. And now I have a son and I just don’t know how I will feel. Is it possible in Canada to request a c section (that will already most likely be scheduled for 39 weeks anyways) at 38 weeks.
