Urinary incontinence

Ever since I gave birth I’ve been soaking my pads with urine constantly. Whenever I bend or stand up or ANYTHING I will urinate, like literally emptying my whole bladder and I have no control of it. What do I do because this is becoming a problem already and it’s so embarrassing. I peed my through my pad a little at my daughters appointment today even. 😢 I had an epidural and catheter, and the catheter was absolutely painful to me this time around. I also had a REALLY scary experience with the epidural this time (overdose and wrong placement) can this be what caused it? 😩 Yes I’ve brought it up to my ob but they keep brushing me off. 🙁
