Cycle day 18: pain in lower right area

Back in October/November 2020 I had a UTI. Burning mostly in clit area and it went away after correctly taking Cipro for like 10/14 days (I don’t remember)

Then in December 2020/January 2021 I got pain in the area circled. Ended up going to ER, the doc didn’t really know what it was but gave me IV Cipro and some pain med. Follicular cysts appeared but he didn’t seem concerned.

Now it’s March 2021 and I once again have pain in the circled area. My gynos appointment isn’t til like mid April 😟

I’m just worried about how it could be idk appendicitis or if the uti is somehow still there and it could end up in my kidneys

Has anyone dealt with this kind of consistent pain?
