Left milk in cooler !! Help!!

I just finished my second week at work pumping and it’s been a struggle. I am drastically losing my supply and at the same time I feel like the baby sitter is over feeding my 5 month old so it’s making it even worse!! Anyways I got home from work yesterday and totally forgot to put my milk in the freezer. Woke up this morning and saw it sitting by the door. It was in a cooler bag meant for breast milk for 14 hours. The bags were not cold. “Cool” I guess you could say? Not entirely luke warm. Are these bags trash now? 😢
