Soooo I take my pill at 9:30... so tomorrow do i need to take it at 8:30 then? Or can i keep it at my 9:30? Hoping it wont mess things up by taking it at 9:30 still

Either way you’ll be fine. I didn’t ever use a specific time. I just took it whenever I woke up

One hour won't make a difference. As long as you are taking it is all that matters

You’re good as long as you take it within a 2 hr window so you can keep taking it at your regular time
