Itchy bumps? Eczema?

I’ve had these itchy bumps on my left hand for a week now but 2 weeks ago it started as one but it was itchy and I of course itched it and then a week later I noticed 3 more and whatever I do they won’t go away. I’ve tried lotion, cortisone cream, tea tree oil, putting a bandaid on it. Does anyone know what this could be? I can’t see my dermatologist because of covid but I’ve tried everything and they won’t go away and it’s itchy and raised. My hands are also dry and I’m not sure if washing my hands and using hand sanitizer too much has caused these bumps.
