Ultrasound came back normal?

Maranda

I know this isn’t really the place for it, but I’m just curious if there’s anyone else that’s experienced the same.

I’ve only had 2 periods in the last over 12 months. Made an appointment to get labs done and see what was up about 6 months ago. My testosterone levels were very slightly elevated, so they put me on metformin, and mentioned pcos. It was really the only solution she mentioned, my symptoms lined up, and she was obviously confident enough to put me on metformin, so I was really thinking pcos. Fast forward to my next appointment 3 months later, the pcos was again mentioned along with endometriosis, so I had a pelvic ultrasound done. I got the results today and everything came back normal??? Like no cysts on my ovaries, no sign of endometriosis... but like I said. Had a period in august, and one period in January since being on the metformin. I also have EXTREME cramps when I’m on my period and when I’m suppose to be, but not. Like crippling extreme cramps. I just find it weird, and I’m so so scared that I’m not going to be able to get pregnant when the time comes... 🥺
