Tampon help.!!
Can anyone tell me if you’ve experienced this? So every time I try to use tampons I have the worst cramps and the tampon has blood only on one side. I’ve tried using numerous brands and yet still the same problem. My right side comes out clean and because of that I get cramps and it feels irritated.
