Bright red blood is bad blood. Brown is old blood and not really concerning. If you have heavy cramping / can fill a pad that’s not good. 
All in all call your OB so they have it on file and to see if they’d want to do a scan to make sure (:

Brown is old blood and usually not concerning. I had it on and off during my first pregnancy and had it once in my second. I carried both to term. If it turns red, that is concerning but in all cases, you can talk to your doctor and get a scan to make sure all is ok.

I would talk to a doctor. Looks like old blood to me though I think a concern would be bright red. But I'm not a doctor so I dunno
